Ensure to submit all the supporting documents requested in the application form for consideration of your application. If found that the documents are misrepresented the application will be denied even if you are offered a place at Sevanan Business School. We will write to you to Schedule for the admission interview. The interview will be conducted for 20 to 30 minutes via Skype or via telephone.
The results of your application will be sent to you via email within 4-6 working days. If you are offered a place at Sevanan, and of your interest to confirm with the admission you will be asked to pay enrolment fee (initial fee) within 10-15 working days from the date of issue of the enrollment confirmation letter.
We will acknowledge you on the receipt of your enrolment fee via email. Within 20 working days we will post you Letter of Acceptance, Payment Receipt and Accommodation Letter. All these documents will be in the Czech language. These documents are usable for visa application.
Please write back to the admission coordinator prior one day to your interview if you will not be available at the scheduled time and date.

Applications are accepted all-round the year for all the programs, there is no specified deadlines but remember to submit your application early allowing 3 months accomplishing with the visa processing. If you prefer to postpone your studies or in case the visa is delayed, you may start your studies in the next available dates.

We offer free accommodation for the first 3 months of your first year if you are a non-EU/EFTA applicant. From the 4th month you will be asked to pay Euro 150 – Euro 200. After your first year you can choose to move outside or can place a request at the student service department if you would like to stay under School allocated dormitories.

Insurance for International students are included in the tuitions fees. This insurance document will be issued if your student visa is confirmed.
EU/EFTA students holding a Europeans health insurance card or equivalent please submit a copy to the admission department while applying for studies.
Make sure that you receive important documentations properly once your visa is confirmed. Please notify admission department about your visa status and dates of departure, you will be asked to fill in the arrival information form for the free airport reception service. The service is available at the Prague Airport.
